Dr. Robyn Wright is an Associate Professor of Spanish and Linguistics in the Department of Modern Languages at the University of Mississippi.
Research Interests
Dr. Wright's research interests include Sociolinguistics, Hispanic linguistics and language contact, Variation and change, Bilingualism, and Romance linguistics.
Biography
Dr. Robyn Wright earned her B.A. and B.A.E. in Spanish and Spanish Education and her M.A. in Hispanic Linguistics at the University of Arizona and her Ph.D. in Hispanic Linguistics at the University of Texas at Austin. She teaches courses in Spanish, Linguistics and Hispanic Linguistics. She is particularly interested in language variation and change and language attitudes.
